Customers can scan the QR code on the physical invoice to access the webpage directly or use the FIDU mobile app to enter buyer information.
Alternatively, they can visit the FIDU website at https://www.fidu.my/ to manually enter their invoice details and buyer information.
You will receive your e-invoice up to 72 hours after submitting your request.
You will receive your validated e-invoice at the email address you provided on FIDU. Please ensure that your email is correct and check your inbox, spam, or junk folder for the e-invoice.
If you are using the FIDU mobile app, you can also check your app notifications.
Alternatively, you can log in to the MyInvois Portal (https://www.myinvois.hasil.gov.my) to retrieve your validated e-invoice details.
No, only (1) submission is allowed per invoice. Please ensure that all the details provided in the request form are accurate and complete before clicking “Submit”.

If your e-Invoice is locked, it typically occurs after 3 consecutive incorrect PIN attempts. To unlock it, the system will prompt you to enter the PUK code.
You can find the PUK code on your physical receipt. Simply enter the code to regain access to your e-Invoice.
